FreeBSD 11, Xfce -> Panel -> Action Buttons -> Lock Screen not working

freebsd-xfce:

I am attempting to use Xfce on FreeBSD 11.  See console session, below.


I've solved several issues thus far:

But seem to have reached the limit of support via the freebsd-questions 
mailing list.


Currently, Panel -> Action Buttons -> Lock Screen working does nothing. 
How do I get Lock Screen working?
