Unfortunately I'm no longer ports committer, so I can't do something. I saw your request (there're some rectification to do).

I'm also send PR [1] for update of x11-wm/xfce4-wm (and stable release of sysutils/garcon is available) one month ago. As there's no leader in the Xfce team, I think Xfce related stuff will be still opened in bugzilla.
