Because Xfce developpers don't made regularly snapshots of their applications.

If today, we create x11-fm/thunar-devel port, there will be 2 versions:
- stable (1.4.0)
- devel (1.5.x)

But for the next stable release of Xfce (4.12), releases versions will be differents
- stable (1.6.0)
- devel (1.5.x)

New user can be confused, especially if he / she installs development version.
