[CFT] Update of Ristretto

Hi,

Today, Stephan Arts released new version of Ristretto (image viewer).
I didn't send a PR, because when I load an image, it's flickering (on
i386, FreeBSD 8.2-RELEASE-p3).

This problem was also reported by Linux users.

However, you can test it:

1. Download tarball [1]
2. Copy in your ports tree
3. Build and install
