FreeBSD PVHVM call for testing

Hi,
I've just successfully run FreeBSD 9.1 based guest with 'pvhvm_v8' based kernel under Xen 4.2.2.
So I couldn't confirm any issue with the kernel both on Xen 3.4.4 and 4.2.2.
