See URL for changelog. Contains a crash workaround and enables TearFree by
default. Lightly tested on drm-devel-kmod + 0x1912 (Skylake) with SNA/DRI3
enabled: veloren-voxygen, vkcube-xcb, mpv --hwdec=vaapi.
