the diff attached to this ticket will update libX11 to v1.6.7.	i have not had
chance to do much testing, but builds fine on 12-STABLE and 11-STABLE jails. 
will hopefully have cycles to test tomorrow but wanted to get patch out there
so hopefully others can test as well.
