I'm afraid my testing time is limited right now as I'm flying to an event in
two hours, but I can confirm that libGL and libglapi built and installed with
llvm40, as well as the packages my system uses which depend on them, libglut
and freeglut. 

llvm39 was not required unless I set MESA_LLVM_VER in make.conf
