remove x11-drivers/xf86-video-fbdev

The fbdev driver is only for Linux framebuffer. We have scfb for
console/framebuffer output. This driver could never be used so it should not be
in ports. It should be removed same as xf86-video-tga (Alpha TGA gfx) and
xf86-video-newport (SGI Indy Newport gfx) were previously purged.
