update x11-drivers/xf86-video-openchrome to 0.5.0

Update of xf86-video-openchrome to 0.5.0. Build tested with servers 1.18.4 and
1.19.1. This driver is not only for x86 (build verified on ppc64, PCI cards
could be plugged into !x86), only the XvMC support is exclusive to x86.
