[Bug 213919] x11/xorg: Xorg begins to lose mouse clicks at some point.

The mouse that caused the problem has "horizontal" (left/right) wheel.
Replacing the mouse with the one without the wheel makes the problem go away.

I suspect that this commit to ums.c caused the problem:
