[Bug 210542] x11/xorg: Better documentation regarding 3D acceleration

Better yet, have pkg ask you if you would like to have the necessary steps
like adding user to groups, adding lines to rc.conf, etc, done
automatically for you. Should be a fairly simple extension to pkg.
