[Call for testers] Update to xorg-server 1.14

Running fine here for the last few days, Intel 965 chipset on a old Toshiba Satellite laptop.
I like what this new version is doing:  battery life is a WHOLE lot longer, and the thermal
sensors are reporting that things are running about 15C cooler in a "idle" state.
