build xorg stopped in x11-fonts/font-bh-ttf

Please update fontconfig to 2.11.0_1 which should fix this problem. If 
it still broken let us know.

Btw NO_STAGE=yes is not a variable to set in /etc/make.conf, it should 
_only_ be set in the ports that are not yet converted to support stage.
