xf86-video-vmware cursor fix not committed (ports/181385)

Steve:

There’s also a fix for a cursor-related bug in xf86-video-vmware that has not been committed at all (PR: ports/181385), and has received no action since August.

(The bug manifests itself when using xdm by an ‘Unable to map mmio BAR’ message from xorg after restarting xdm at logout.)

What would be the best way to have this committed to the port, as it significantly impacts use of FreeBSD under VMware?
