fresh x11 from x.org, libXinerama does not build

i forgot the libXinerama problem, i deleted the dependency in the meta port.

Actually this happens when trying to build libXinerama:

Xinerama.c:38:41: X11/extensions/panoramiXext.h: No such file or directory
Xinerama.c:39:43: X11/extensions/panoramiXproto.h: No such file or directory
Xinerama.c:45: error: `PANORAMIX_PROTOCOL_NAME' undeclared here (not in a 
function)

and so on ...
