XFree86 4.4 - an attempt on upgrading ports

An update:
- MAN4 list fix for alpha
- add patches to prevent shortening of lifespan for some monitors on ati
  (XFree86 bugzila #1221)
- add two patches from XFree86 CVS to fix installation of Bitstream Vera fonts
  and fix of attempted free of an invalid pointer in screen saver extension
  (XFree86 bugzila #1226 and #1224)

I think that the fix for ati is critical for some people, so if anybody uses 
DPMS with radeon driver, they should get the version of ports with this 
patches here:

I probably should also mention that XFree86-4-fontsScalable now includes 
Bitstream Vera fonts. The files do not get installed in same location though 
so this is not a CONFLICTS per se, but perhaps some message should be added 
or something.
