	Please consult Kirk McKusick <mckusick at mckusick.com>	CC'd
	who could state if he has a trademark, when issued, when expiring,
	in which country/ countries, & registration number, & maybe link URL

	The concensus of the thread was to surmise an international
	spread of time expiring expensive trademarks wasn't likely
	attractive, & guessing Kirk simple held Copyright. But Kirk
	cc'd can state what's real then someone please correct
	whichever of the 2 web pages is incorrect.
