Yes, replies to PRs need to begin with "Re: " and the PR number,
otherwise a new PR will be created.  The problem wit that PR was
unrelated to that: GNATS sometimes has problems with very long
subject lines.  I've joined the lines together and it now shows
correctly on the web.
