Google summer of code 2008

hi,
I am doing Google summer of code project for GNU using Autogen to produce
documentation in various format for NTP.
I have seen your documentation project is quiet appreciative and extensive.
             If you can help me in what various foramt and form we need to
devlop  documentation .Are you people using any automatic document generator
to accomplish this?
