Using a Volans VL-UW30-FD with FreeBSD

These things often come in different versions and each version can have 
totally different chipsets.

If it is an RTL8192EU you find other reports of problems here  
https://bugs.freebsd.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=247528 of people who 
didn’t get that far or further.
