Hi Moritz,

First step for isolation is a clean and full world/kernel with an up to date
source tree rebuild to ensure the sources one built world/kernel against are
the exact same as the installed system.

The "not available or version mismatch" error is usually an indication of a
version mismatch (say between param.h and kern.osreldate)
