REGARDING TX DESCRIPTOR SETUP FOR AR9227(ATHEROS)

hi!

It should be pretty self explanatory in the HAL code. Take a look at
ar5416_xmit.c (as that applies to the AR9227 too) and how those methods are
called by the driver.
