It would be great to not hardcode the MMIO base/length, since the exact
base/length can change if the user runs the Powershell command "Set-VM
-LowMemoryMappedIoSpace ..." (see
https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-server/virtualization/hyper-v/deploy/deploying-graphics-devices-using-dda).
