bhyve and ubuntu-server 20.04

Hi,

Recently I've had to install ubuntu-server 20.04 under bhyve. But when loading
the kernel via grub2-bhyve, I found that only hd0,gpt2 would work, and not
hd0,msdos1 as per the handbook. This didn't take me to a selectable menu like
other versions of ubuntu, like 18.04. The screen just cleared and returned to
the shell prompt. Then I was able to boot the vm. 

All the other things I tried like hd0,gpt1 would just drop me to the grub
prompt.
