That said, if a driver has a way to further distinguish the interrupt cause, i.
e. RX or TX, of a combined RXTX interrupt source for a particular device and
wishes to deal with RX and TX separately it certainly may do so on its own, but
shouldn't rely on common/generic iflib code for that.
