[Bug 212820] FreeBSD 10-STABLE from latest HEAD and 11-RELEASE-RC3 fail to boot in Hyper-V on Windows 10

I ran several freebsd boxs on 11-STABLE on a Windows Server 2012...(I
think?) a few months ago with no issue what so ever, other than the hn*
driver not being supported by ALTQ_ ;)
