[CFT] emulators/open-vm-tools{,-nox11} update to 10.1.5

Hello Everyone,

It's that time again, time to test another open-vm-tools update.
Everything is in basically the same place as last time.

The patch is here:

Note there are a good number of patches being renamed, so be sure to
delete empty patch files if necessary.

There shouldn't be a ton of changes on the upstream side this time, but
a good number of them on the port side, mostly cleanups. Please let me
know if any issues you encounter.
