Setting up interfaces on ubuntu under bhyve

Thanks Allan.

Now I see 3 tap devices being created on host and 3 devices in the
guest. (Also, 'ifconfig -a' to see them and not just 'ifconfig' on
ubuntu. Silly me freebsd user ;-))
