[FreeBSD-users-jp 95172] FreeBSD 10.0 で NIC (em) が認識されない

FreeBSD 9.2 から FreeBSD 10.0 にアップグレードしようとしたらネットワーク
インターフェースが使えなくなってしまいました。

回避法、または、こんなことを調べてみたらいい/試してみてはどうか、という
アドバイスがありましたらお願いします。

だめ元で ACPI off での起動もしてみましたが、残念ながらだめでした。


以下は dmesg の抜粋です。em0 の PCI リソースの取得に失敗してる感じです。
その前の pcib2 の時点で何かが失敗しているような気がしますがよくわかりま
せん。

なお、機械は富士通の PRIMERGY RX200 で NIC はオンボードのものです。
