Patch to add required product id to usbdevs and driver

Add support for SimComp SIM7100E based mPCIe LTE modem. It works with u3g
driver,
but driver is missing the correct vendor/product id combo.

Attached patch has been tested in FreeBSD 11.1.
(diff is against current)
