3 different usbdumps

usb.err.dump - The error scenario as described in the ticket:
 serial data coming in before opening /dev/cuaUx

usb.ok.dump - No serial communication before opening /dev/cuauX

usb.ioctl.dump - ioctl(UFTDIIOC_RESET_IO) after open()
