For now, simply add in "usb_test_quirk_by_info()" by code:

if (quirk == UQ_CDC_HUAWEI) {
 if (XXXX)
   return (1),
}

And make sure the UQ_XXX value gets defined as described in usb_quirk.h

I see the quirk table is currently not advanced enough to contain this quirk.
