USB3 SATA enclosure

I have one. It achieves what is expected from USB3. But it was not
recognised at the beginning.

It seems that I have the same.

As I use it only randomly, I have had to notice that it is not
recognised as USB3 on 10. either anymore.

Something got changed which stopped it from working.
