libusb-config missing?

USE_LIBUSB= would be nice, I will see if I can author such a thing..
That said it is still desirable to have .pc files for libusb as I believe that is the canonical way to determine how to compile & link against it.
If that is by making USE_LIBUSB adds a dep to a pseudo port which installs the .pc files, or adds no dep because the .pc files are in base are pretty much equivalent IMO.
