usb camera attach failure

Hi!

I have ASUS VK246H monitor with built-in webcam. This device, however,
fails to attach:

Apr 16 04:02:54 hades kernel: usb_alloc_device:1624: getting device descriptor at addr 2 failed, USB_ERR_TIMEOUT!

The device attaches fine to linux though, and works fine there.
