libhid is not run on 8-current and 7.2-RELEASE

Hi,

Andrew will get the patch in. The patch does not belong in the ports 
collection. 7.2-RELEASE uses a different USB library than 8.0-CURRENT.

No, I'm only fixing stuff in 8.0-current currently.
