 just bought one of these devices (DX5050) and made it work on
 FreeBSD with a partly modified patch.
 If others want to try it, the full details (including SANE configuration)

 It would be nice to know other stories. Have not tried the
 printer yet, but the scanner does work, and the cardreader works
 as well. For a 90 Euro device, not bad!
