Connecting my Toshiba PDR-M4 camera via USB causes FreeBSD to lock up hard.
Keyboard and mouse are unresponsive, and I cannot break into the
kernel debugger via keyboard to get a stack trace.

I get the following messages in dmesg:

umass0: Toshiba PDR-M, rev 1.00/1.00 addr 2
umass0: SCSI over Bulk-Only; quirks = 0x0000
