 Ahead a little, uaudio can't use feeder_rate.c.
 But a patch to make uaudio enable to use freeder_rate
 were posted in freebsd-multimedia mailing-list 
 (<20050312194401.GH2944 at cnd.mcgill.ca>, 12 Mar 2005).
 So users came not to have to know discrete sampling-rate of USB device.
 
 So please close this PR.
