i386/72380: [usb] USB does not work [dual Celeron Abit]

 Installed FreeBSD 5.3
 Unfortunately the problem is still there.
 Worse,USB does not work even with only one processor on.
 In this hardware FreeBSD 5.3 also spontaneously reboot the machine
 without warning, but this is another thread.
