usb_dump

I have a small C program that I used to diagnose a usb device.  This was about
2 years ago.  I do not recall who wrote it though, although I remember it was
useful at the time.  I think it is used like usb_dump -D -f /dev/ugen0 >
ugen0dump.
 I hope either the author that wrote it will continue development of it, or
that someone in this channel will find it useful.
