Welcome and thanks for your interest.

I've just added your username to Italian and French team on our Weblate.

About Italian, there's a work in progress to translate the Handbook outside 
of Weblate [1]. CCing madpilot at . But there are the others books and all 
articles without translations, you can work on them.

And about French, there are some articles and books translated, I can see 
that the Handbook is updated, but I don't know the status of the other 
documents. CCing blackend@ and gioria at . You need to talk with them and 
organize the efforts.
You could update outdated documents through Weblate, this will simplify 
future translations and the process for new French contributors.

And if you want to start new translations, I would suggest you to start 
with small documents, like bsdl-gpl, building-products, cups or 
filtering-bridge.
