Sure, but the version in the jail is older than stable/12 r346168, which I
mentioned.  It does not have the libunwind update.

There is not much chance a huge commit like the clang/llvm 8.0.0 update is
going to be issued as a patch release, or an Errata Notice.  I guess you either
have to run a snapshot, or wait for 12.1-RELEASE.
