Questions about problems/errors with the include files

Hi,

Before I actually dump the problem here.
Would this be the place to ask about include files that give errors for
code compiling under GCC but not under Clang 3.7??

gcc version 4.8.3 20140911 (Red Hat 4.8.3-9) (GCC)
