<bugzilla at FreeBSD.org>'s request for maintainer-feedback to tcltk at FreeBSD.org:
Bug 199058: [patch] sysutils/dirdiff: fails to build when CFLAGS is set in
/etc/make.conf

Created attachment 155040

patch to handle CFLAGS set in /etc/make.conf (or not.)
Was looking for a good way to compare two directories, thought I would try this
port. But, found it failed to build because I had CFLAGS set in my
/etc/make.conf.
Here's my proposed adjustment to the post-patch adjustment to CFLAGS in the
port's Makefile.
