unionfs is always broken (see the BUGS section of "man mount_unionfs").
I'd suggest you reconfigure the machine without unionfs.
Btw, the "ufs" locks mean the process is waiting for a UFS vnode lock.

I'm not sure about the sockbuf ones. If the processes waiting on those hold
UFS vnode locks, then that might also explain the deadlock.
