HEADSUP: NFSv4.1 server merge into stable/10

Hi,

I just did a rather large MFC from head to stable/10 of the
NFSv4.1 server. I also bumped __FreeBSD_version, since this
MFC changes the internal function call interfaces between the
NFS and krpc related modules.

This patch hasn't caused problems for head as far as I know,
but it is pretty large, so I thought I'd let people know.
