How about fortune-offensive?
I suggest putting new fortunes in /usr/local/games/fortune.
You can install /usr/local/bin/fortune, which is a shell script with
roughly this content:

#!/bin/sh
env FORTUNE_PATH=/usr/local/games/fortune:/usr/games/fortune $@
