I'd delete (or move):
/boot/kernel.old1
And if you need more space:
/boot/kernel.old
I don't know about the following:
/compat/linux/usr/lib/locale/locale-archive.tmpl
As for the rest, leave it (note: /rescue/* are not really separate files but hard-links to /rescue/rescue).
